Mr. Pommer assisted me with my brothers estate (He passed without a will). It seemed like an insurmountable task when I took on this job but Mr. Pommer walked me through everything and was able to clearly explain all my options . I would highly recommend him and would use his services again.

Dwayne and his staff walked me through and unbelievably stressful and crummy family estate situation while taking care of all numerous procedures and little details quickly and efficiently. He was quick to respond to numerous requests and reassure during the whole procedure. My wife and I also went back to Dwayne and had him draw up power of attorneys for both of us after all of the original family stuff was taken care of , once again quick efficient and done right. Do yourself a favor , the whole estate situation is stressful enough with family, death of a loved one etc etc get Dwayne to deal with it and it'll be done right , quickly but most importantly with least amount of stress on you and your family.

Mr.Pommer helped me with my moms estate and probate. He was very helpful, knowledgeable, understanding, kind and generous with his time. Seen as we didn't have any money to pay him until the house was sold, he never once complained or bugged us for his payment. It took me a year to finally get the house sold and he was very patient and kind waiting for his payment. I also had a opportunity to have Mr Pommer do up my own personal will several years earlier. My experience with him then is why I went back to Dwayne Pommer Law and will will continue to use his services. Thank you Dwayne for all your help. Avis Galbraith

Dwayne is argumentative and does not listen to the clt or facts provided to him. Cost me thousands while doing more damage than help. Create so much stress and charged me nearly $700 after I ceased legal representation.
