I contacted Seth because I have an unusual parenting situation and I wanted to be sure that the mother, the child, and I are all protected and clear under Colorado Law. Seth estimated my legal costs would be $2400-$3000 dollars. He told me the mother would need her own lawyer and her costs would be $700-$1000. At this point I told him that the mother and I are very amicabe in this. I asked if there was any other approach to making sure our situation was properly recorded with the state of Colorado. Seth said no. There was no other approach. Today I went on line and it took me 30 minutes to find that the state has a ready-made form to clarify exactly our situation. It's already drawn up and approved by the state. It will take us 5 minutes. Seth wanted to charge me 8-10 hours of billable time at $290/hr for a form that the state has already created. We will file it for FREE! I recommend you stay away from this untrustworthy man.
