I retained Ms Collins in July of 2017, Five months later she has done absolutely nothing for me yet my retainer of $5,000 is near depletion. She screens my calls, she does not return phone messages, and she never replies to emails. I needed her help. I trusted her. 5 months later I'm worse off than when I started.

I am very happy, she won custody for me of my one year old daughter. I did it think I had a chance as a young father.

Do not let their web site fool you.Never return calls.Does multiple court settings on same day at same time leaving you on your own.Lets orders be entered with changes made without consulting you and then will not help fix it.Staff will doge your calls but use another line and guess what? They answer

I only spoke with Kathleen once, at our initial meeting, because she would not return my calls for the duration of my divorce, even though she was representing my case. Her "associates" were not knowledgeable enough to answer my questions. I ended up severely uninformed and underrepresented which greatly affected the outcome of the divorce for me. I am still having issues with an incomplete divorce decree 2 years later. Do not trust this firm.
