This lawyer was a waste of time and money. He came to the trial unprepared even though he had a over two months to prepare. He came in, opened the file and started asking me basic questions related to the case as if he had just heard about it right then. During the trial, he argued with the judge and put up a weak and ineffectual defense. In my view he was completely unprepared for the case, did nothing leading up to the case and was grossly outmatched by the prosecutor.
