Gilbertson is completely devoid of integrity and moral character. He had an affair with my wife then represented her for a few years until he was removed by the judge for ethical violations. He then used his law practice partner’s letterhead forging signatures and initials until his partner’s license was suspended for attempting to bribe a police officer. He was a horrendous stepfather, driving both stepchildren out of his home and has even disowned his own transgender child. His wife recently left him for another man and took half his stash. I personally beat him several times in court while representing myself. He is mediocre at best. Can’t speak to his partner or why she puts up with Berk-the-jerk but she seems to be the only one listed on his website. I’m pretty certain you would do better with almost any other attorney in CO. -- Tom
