Terrible lawyer. no results but takes your money. Shouldn't be allowed to practice. How does he get away with it?

This I know for a FACT that I don't know how this guy got as far as he ever did. I had a appeal case that I called him to handle. I had to pay $5000 first BEFORE HE WOULD DO ANYTHING ON THE CASE. He had all our court papers we brought him in a box. That box sat in his office for months and from what he said, that box was never even looke at. When we tried to meet with him in a very cordial way at his office as we wanted our papers back because we wanted to get this lie over with and get on with our lives. He walked into the office where we were sitting. We were cordial to him. He asked us why we were there and we said we wanted our papers back because we wanted to move on this case. He got seriously mad and upset, mumbled somethings under his breath, wentinto his office and slammed the door and WOULD NOT COME BACK OUT. As he did not do anything for us, we asked for our money back, we had our new lawyer write him a letter asking for returning money. Never heard backSTAY AWAY FR

I don't trust him nd would not recommend him to anyone. AV rating is no where near minimally sufficient for hiring a lawyer, in Connecticut at least.

Misleading, tells you what you want to hear. Perhaps he is all washed up. Seems like a take any case for a fee and throw them against the wall and see which ones stick. Alot of bark and no bite. I'm being nice, however I would never suggest him to anyone.
