I don't understand the previous ranking and description of Mr. Tishgart. He helped us when our son was in a terrible car accident and he couldn't have been more supportive. Close family friends of ours were the parents of the other boys involved in the accident. Walking that fine line, he was able to complete the proceedings with empathy and a professionalism that resulted in our son receiving a substantial sum of money (that paid for his four years of college) and we remained friends with the parents of the driver. When our other son injured his hand in an accident a year later, we did not hesitate to return to Mr. Tishgart who deftly handled his case also.

Steer clear of him. He doesn't call back, he goes in with a low amount for you so you get less back, he drags his feet so you are so frustrated you'll take a small amount and he gets paid a lot for doing nothing!!! If we didn't insist, we would have only been offered half of the final offer. The final offer was still ridiculously low, especially after he took his chunk of money for doing nothing. I could have negotiated this amount with no help from him.
