I do not recommend Parker Semler. Often Mr. Semler took 10 days to 2 weeks to answer an email or phone call. He says he does not charge for a consultation but he charged me. Mr, Semler screamed at me more than once during meetings. I would suggest finding an honest, reliable, trustworthy attorney.

Where do I start? I had a feeling things would be shady after the very first encounter with him. He didn't give me notice of his appearance in my case. He sent the notice to his client's girlfriend's address. WOW. THEN I found out he interviewed/met up with a colleuge of mine that had a settlement with me - from there her and I have been going back and forth on who breached the settlement. It was in fact her but due to Parker not asking if she was represented by a lawyer or had a settlement with me. HOW BASIC?? He could have at least done a little due diligence. Then him and I words exchanged out in the court house. It was a chick fight. Isn't he too experienced or TENURED to be yelling and acting ghetto?? This was just the beginning in my dealings with him. Fast forward to the end, I sent him my disclosures and he filed with the court that very day saying I SENT IN NO DISCLOSURES. How unethical is this??? The judge did address it but it made my case so much more tough.

Hired Semler and he never appeared on my behalf. He assigned the case to an associate without my permission. That person did a terrible job and had me sanctioned in court for not following procedures. Insult to injury not only did I have to pay the $1500 he is suing me for non payment when I had to fire him for poor performance in and easy case that my second attorney had no issues in getting it settled. Stay away from this attorney
