Unprofessional and unethical attorney Gary Tobey caused several association unprecedented financial damages! Please, be careful of dealing with this crook attorney! Very overrated, hungry for money and uses his HOA accounts to damage associations! I am a former Board member of Woodstream Falls Association who actually fought to remove this attorney from services and only after he got terminated Community really got successful rise!
