I had a great experience with Jerry. I had a pretty serious charge against me and he got it reduced and I didnt have to do much at all. He calmed my anxiety whenever I had concerns. His rates were fair and I really enjoyed workong with him. He was very professional and got what I needed done in a short period of time. Id recommend him to anyone, he is very good at what he does.

I had a very good experience with Jerry. He helped me eliminate 5 criminal charges from my life that were dragging me down. Right from the beginning we had excellent communication between each other and I thought his expenses for everything and just how long my case ended up actually being was more then justified and fair. I recommend Jerry to anyone who has something serious going on where jail time might be required of the crown. He's been doing this type of work for decades and It shows. We're a new start-up and we really didn't like most of what Jerry had to say about our case emotions ran high because there's nothing nice about being wrongfully sued by a bully while trying to start a new business in the middle of a Pandemic... From the first day I spoke to Mr. Herszkopf I knew he was going to help me with my legal matter. The first conversation I had with his , I felt 1000 pounds lifted off my shoulder. His assistant Karen was quick at answering my emails and was there to answer whatever questions I had. Don't belive easy of the negative reviews about Mr. HERSZKOPF. He knows what he is doing and he dealt with my case so fast I couldn't believe it. He was on top of everything and he promised me a good outcome and i received it that from me.I don't understand why anyone would put a negative review on Mr. Herszkopf my experience with him and Karen was stressful and I couldn't Thank them both enough. I will referr anyone that needs a lawyer for any matter to Mr. Herszkopf. Thanks again to all your help I don't know how I can thank you for all you done for me in such a short time and when I say he was fast he was fast. He got my matter dealt with less then a week. Hey Everyone first and foremost the comments made are not reflective of how amazing he is. Jerry always returns your calls and puts his clients first. Knowledge was top notch, mentoring and coaching was top notch and mostly Jerry actually gives a damn about you. I had not only a great experience but one that left me knowing who my family lawyer would be moving forward. He is a true gentleman and of the highest caliber and quality as it relates to going above and beyond for his clients. He is very fair on rates and services offered to his clients. Please do not post negative comments if you have not experience the best lawyer pound for pound I have every had the privilege of working with. I was very worried due to the reviews here and as time went on, it did not seem that he had done a lot of prep work. I retained him for very serious criminal charges, but had a good case. I was very impressed with Jerry's tenacity in the courtroom, though. His cross-examination skills were very good and he basically ripped apart the Crown's witness. Despite not doing a lot of prep work and cancelling a few of our appointments prior to the trial, I ended up being found not guilty, so I couldn't be happier. His price was really good, too. His quote was below what other lawyers quoted me at. Overall, I'm very happy with the outcome.

Jerry gave me a bad advice.If he told me the right advice during our initial meeting, I wouldn't have retained him. Later-on he admitted that I have no case. I would not have started my civil claim & paid all these costs. He got all the money that he asked me to pay but he did ABSOLUTELY nothing (maybe 1 call to the other lawyer). He has never showed up in the court to defend my case. DON'T EVER USE HIM. He is totally USELESS & DISHONEST. He takes so many vacations (without notifying you in advance)at least 5 times in 1 year(surely from your money). At start, he made things look easy & that you will win for sure. Once he gets all the money he tells you that you have no case and you better drop it. Don't let his lower rate mislead you. Better to pay higher rate with work done than to pay lower rate with no work done. If you have already retained him, do not pay him anymore. Just cut your losses & find another lawyer. Don't believe him that he'll make it up for you.

He told me there was no further applications or motions to go further on a case, was a lie. Takes your money and threatens that you have to leave immediately when you arrive to pick up your documents as the secretary was in the computer, that no more work is going to be done and get out.

Don't trust this person. This guy is a thief and a fraud. He tells you dont worry you have a good case and to trust him, asks for 20,000 and wants more money. then tells me that I cant help you anymore and i find out he declares bankruptcy with no action for almost 3 and a half years. You think this guy will help you. In only one way, help you take your money. I thought people in canada had morale and respect. not this guy dont trust this guy
