Typical! Excuses, delay, deny, does not follow through and is always too busy to return calls with updates or next steps. Not his fault really, but his office failures are his reputation. Kay is unprofessional and not concerned with client relations or client care. She fails to follow through, and once your time limits have passed and she has not met them, she “orders” you to run around begging for extensions from doctors, physio anyone really. She is disorganized professionally, personally and in her appearance. Her careless disregard for clients impacts everyone but her. She is very good at making excuses and is not held to task even when she gets caught. A lawyer is only as good as his support staff and Leonard can definitely do better If he cares to service clients in need. I feel disappointed and betrayed but our our legal system does not protect you, it further violates you. If in need of a lawyer go somewhere or know you will have heart ache, bills, delays and no resolution ka
