Tom is an excellent lawyer and I would recommend him to anyone looking to hire a criminal defence lawyer. His communication was timely and clear throughout the life of my case. The outcome we arrived at was very favourable, and was what I was wishing for at the outset of the case.

A number of years ago, I was charged with "Over 80". I was referred to Tom who over the course of several years navigated my case through the courts and eventually had the charge downgraded to a careless driving charge, a fine and an "Alcolock" installation for a year which is an inconvenience but no license suspension. This all happened during a time when the laws were becoming much more severe and traditional defenses were no longer available to us. Our goal was to avoid a conviction and a criminal record. We achieved that goal. Tom was reliable, professional and reassuring without over-promising.

If I could give Tom 10 stars over 5, it still wouldn't be enough credit!! Amazing, confident, and well educated in the court room. Ive known Tom for almost a decade and hes had my back through many unfortunate events, and hes proven my innocence Time and time again. If you need a lawyer look no further, this is your guy. Hes even beat 2 dui's for me!!! Tom Hicks can do what many think is imposible. If you need a lawyer do not look any further!
