I recently used Morris Carr in a divorce that involved children, property, child support and A LOT OF MONEY. He has also helped in a minor criminal case I was involved in. Mr. Carr was not only punctual but efficient and hard working as well. He fought as hard as anyone could ask to get the job done for me. I also learned he will tell you the truth about any situation, good or bad. I have recommended friends and family to Morris as well and they were more than satisfied. I would not trust anyone other than Morris Carr with any legal situation.

I used Mr. Carr, for legimitation/ child support. He puts on a great act to get your money, but does a poor job of representations. He lets other lawyers railroad him and he acts if is he doesn't care. He will not communicate with you by phone or email. My case was in 2015 and it is still not completed correctly. He is a weak excuse for a lawyer, and just taking people money. His parents should have named him a Mary Carr instead of Morris Carr. Do not use this man!

He was working on a divorce case for a friend and his arrogant attitude cost him the case . I would not let him represent my dog.

I was very pleased with the results he achieved. He was able to get the job done that many other lawyers considered my case a lost cause. His communication is not the best. I would rather have results, than be coddled. Let him do his job, and provide him with as much important information as possible,try to stick to the point. He is a lawyer and as all layers will do they will bill you accordingly.

I hired Mr. Carr to represent me in a child support modification and was very displeased with his service. When the papers had finally been signed by my ex-husband and I, Mr. Carr did not take care of all the paper work that should have been sent to the judge. Over a month went by and the judge still hadn't signed the papers and I began to get really concerned. He finally emailed me and said he called the clerks office and was told the judge would be signing within a few days. Several days went by and it still wasnt completed. I finally contacted the district judicial clerk for Houston County who found out that Mr. Carr had been notified by the judge's secretary that documentation was needed before finalizing. Mr Carr ignored and did nothing. It was only after getting outside help that it all got resolved.

My daughter used this poor excuse for a lawyer way back. When he handled her case, he was so unknowledgable and unprepared in court the judge made an ass out of him. I hired another reputable attorney to take over her case and he actually KNEW about her case because this man is so unprofessional he was talking about her case in the hallways of the courthouse. He tried to refuse to give me her case file and I refused to leave his office without it and threatened to report him to the bar. I hoped at the time he would learn since he was still new, but from other reviews it seems he hasn't learned anything.

Arrogant and pretend to know more than he knows. Actually thought he should be Judge. He lost.

This guy was very immature, unprofessional and turned appointment sessions into a chating session regarding his toys, and his personal life and still billed for the full time even though he turned the attention away from my case and onto himself. He would not return phone calls or respond to messages. Refused to return my evidence, and avoided me at all costs. Increased pricing for appointment/consultation visits and demanded a lump sum of money before next appointment even though I'd been paying the bill every month. He was horrible in court, didn't know the material, and he was a waste of time, money and does not deserve any respect. Stay away from this lawyer, he's not reputable and I would not encourage anybody to use him. He drags ass on everything and puts people with money before everyone else. Charges were outrageous and he didn't do majority of the work for my case, a friend of mine did the work and gave it to him and he still didn't get things going like he should have. BAD!

Piss poor lawyer, but yet when you call, he won't answer his phone, respond to emails or any messages. Needs to have his license revoked
