She over charges for the minutes saying she was on a phone call to resolve issues for hours or that she worked on "the case file" for hours. I confirmed with my bank and payroll company of the "hours" she put claimed she worked for and I received a detailed call list of Kristal Bernert's phone calls which altogether were not even half an hour. She likes to put in work that she never did. She will email you back after a day if it's urgent and if it's not urgent it will take her couple of days to even reply to an email. Her office used to be (I'm not sure if she moved) in her house so half the time her kids and extended family would take up her time while she's "working". If you like to pay big bucks for the work you can do yourself or someone else who can do it better in less time, by all means hire her.
