She never returns any phone calls especially to the inmates who make sure she gets her money. She never notifies you of statuses of appeals. She has horrible manners when it comes to communication. my poor god child...

We have given this woman several thousands of dollars. She has done absolutely nothing. Has not even contacted us. We always have to contact her. It's been many years and still no progress. Please be aware.
