He is a bully and a true jerk. Made so many errors in my Complaint and then filed it without letting me review it which made for a lot of uncomfortableness in my deposition because of his lack of ability to relate. I really think he's a woman-hater. Sold my case very short and refused to go to trial. Was very demaning, very inappropriate behavior with me and am certain he was working with the other side because in the mediation he told me not to be greedy. He's a sexual deviant and disgusting and I HIGHLY DO NOT recommend this **** to anyone!!!

Steve Gambardella was a terrible lawyer for me; he did not seem to have my best interest at heart. He asked me not to communicate with him directly and was uncaring. He has a temper, didn't treat me with respect, refused to listen to what I know about my own body and life, fully work up the case, or keep me updated on my own case. Steve dropped my serious meritorious case a few months before trial after trying to pressure me to sign a paltry $29,999.99 settlement agreement, (a penny under the $30,000 reporting limit), with a gag clause that his assistant called "a bribe." A couple of other lawyers who looked at the case since said they are shocked at how poorly Steve handled the case and said if they had been at the helm, it would have succeeded; I am disabled and unable to work due to the egeregious assault the case was based on and now at risk for homelessness. Other attorneys told me the legal failings by my plaintiff attorneys could have been well handled by skilled and compassiona
