After 3 years in battling in a HC divorce, I'm 150+k in with no final separation agreement, no resolution for spousal and child and equalization that still has not been paid out. I was promised every time to "not worry about it" and each time it ended up in mediation or motion then he rolled over and played dead. No fight in him. He adapts to opposing counsel, allows antics to continue, has his own agenda and placates you into thinking he has it under control. At 1th hour, he clearly doesn't and then proceeds to motion to get resolution and isn't successful either. He has no idea how to deal with a Narcissist (which my ex is) and doesn't listen. Even after being told what would happen, he would argue and proceed with his own agenda, only to have spent countless $$, hours wasted to be in same place you told him you would be to start out with. He won't allow you to speak, bulldozes you, befriends opposing counsel to the point where you wonder if they are in cahoots with each other.

This lawyer was effective in the consulatation and his performance ended there. He had virtually no tenacity to fight for my case. He appears quite capable when it comes to defending his poor performance. I am as frustrated most times to hear from him as I am from my ex. Very disjointed process. Customer Service does not enter the equation whatsoever. If you are interested in seemless representation, tenacity, perseverance or any personal touch then this guy is not for you.
