this person has no people skills he has asked me several times when asked to clarafy an answer, did you go to law school. will not talk on the phone to me for many weeks. He cancelled a summery judgment hearing without notifing me I had to call him the day after the summery judgment was scheduled to take place to find out it had been cancelled!. When it did take place he was unprepared and it did not go well for me. I consulted another lawyer and he said the pleadings that Mr. Bistline prepared would have been thrown out of court by any Judge he had been before. Now Mr. Bistline is putting a lean on my land for fees owed before giving me a warning to allow me to pay.
