Thinh Van Doan is a dishonest lawyer and has been suspended from practicing law by the State Bar of California, for 1) Failing to perform competently, 2) Failing to pay client funds promptly, 3) Failing to maintain client funds in trust account, 4) Commingling, and 5) Moral Turpitude. Beware of this dishonest lawyer, as he will make you sign a retainer agreement and ask for a retainer and a minimum of 20% of any personal injury awards he might win on your behalf. He will then prolong the legal administrative process while promising you that he will win your case. He will then ask for retainer replenishments while stretching the case out for as long as possible. If you win a personal injury lawsuit, he will not pay you or keep your funds in an escrow account, on your behalf. He will instead, spend said money and co-mingle it with his personal funds. Assuming he does win anything for you, which is a low probability, you will have to file a complaint with the State Bar, for your money!
