I rated David J. Dart this high because he DSERVES it! Mr. Dart represented me in my divorce and custody case involving my 6 month old son. This case lasted 11 months and ended with a 4 day trial. David Dart was spot on with his advice and he was INCREDIBLE during the custody trial! Not only did he win me FULL CUSTODY, both legal and physical, of my son, but he also protected my pension against my cheating ex-wife. David Dart was worth EVERY penny he charged and then some!
