The worst person ever. She needs to be fired and someone to legally make her pay for all the pain she has caused many families. She is selfish and only wants a paycheck. With putting others in harm and not feeling bad who gets hurt ,even if it's a child's safety. Always giving dirty looks and saying nasty things. I have her on video acting this way. Smh. She is the devil.

I just recently retained Gina as my lawyer. The first thing she did when I walked into her office was tell me how important the client/attorney relationship is and ask me questions about myself and my experiences. She listened very well and it felt so good to be able to just let out all the things I normally hold in about my negative experiences and feelings of worry and stress regarding my child’s situation as well as my own and feelings of uncertainty and fear regarding court. I paid her fees and she laid out exactly what she was planning to do, had great communication and wrote up a draft of my declaration immediately. She even stayed late to discuss things and get everything situated. I’m very confused why there are so many poor reviews on here but I’m guessing it was a single person who was angry and out for revenge. She has also responded to my emails promptly and always returned calls!

What a terrible, and expensive mistake hiring this person! Uncaring, unprofessional, ZERO communication skills. I really feel like it was all about money for her. I hope that Gina Costello reads these! Hey Gina, look at all these terrible reviews! Yeah, your that bad! Absolute rubbish!

She should not be practicing law. She tries to intimidate you but she can't even keep her facts straight and charges you for EVERYTHING! She didn't communicate and forced us to spend so much money because of her shortcomings. I would have done better had I represented myself, at least I knew why I was there. She just wants to hear herself talk. The ONLY thing she prevailed on was something the judge had deemed outside the statue of limitations. Essentially, she didn't even do her job half assed. She wasn't prepared, believes in bullying her our clients that she's supposed to protect, and charges for anything possible. Don't waste your time or money!!!

Gina is alright in court, a little on the drama side but she makes her point and is on time. She is sure to fight for what you want. Does not seem to do much research ahead of time. Her staff is the BEST. They work hard on the documents and returning your calls. She is a good law office to hire if you do not have a lot of money up front. she is willing to work with you. She helped us win our case but in all honelty we didnt have to go up against someone with much to stand on.

best way I can describe her is being a **** on a power trip. Does NOT care about your case, you are just a paycheck. Does not return emails, phone calls. Does not keep you up to date on your case. During my first custody hearing she called my ex by MY last name instead of by theirs. She showed up almost two hours late to my mediation but still charged me for it. Told me that if I didn’t give her a ridiculous amount of money that she would not take my case to trial. I spent thousands of dollars on her and have nothing to show for it. I got the same outcome I could have if I had just represented myself. She is so bad, that when a friend of mine went through a divorce and asked who my attorney was I recommended the attorney that MY EX USED instead of her! Thats how awful she is. Any positive feedback on here was 99.9% written by herself or her staff. Don't waste your money. Find someone who is gonna care about you and your case and not just how much money you can give to them in the end.

Gina is wonderful. She returns your phone call. She explains what is going on and what she can do for you. We had no hesitation in hiring her. I would reccomend her highly. She really fought for us and I am elated with the outcome. She deserves 10 stars out of 5! She is that good! I would hire her again anytime for any legal needs.

Gina has helped my friend alot. She knows the laws and is very dependable. I would refer her to others. She is concerned for her clients and is good with working with her clients about making payments for her services. She is not one of those money hungry Attorneys that's for sure.

A friend told me about Gina,I had a different lawyer for my divorce and lost everything. Gina let me put a little down for a retainer. we have battle in court for the last year and a half with my ex and his lawyer. Gina and her staff have always been great about everything, when I have cried and wanted to give up, they supported me and kept me going. Gina has never bugged me about payments, yes I get my monthly statements, but they have never called me and said they need money now. Every time I have e-mailed Elizabeth she would return the e- mail in less than 5 minutes. If I needed to come in I could anytime. I would highly recommend hiring Gina Costello and her staff, she will get you what you want or at least try her best to.

Gina has been my attorney for the past 7 years. She has represented me in both federal court and family court. Gina not only beat my federal case she also claimed victory in family court when C.P.S and a very disgruntled ex husband tried to take custody of my children. Because of Gina and her hard working staff I have my family and life back. If you want an attorney to tell you the facts and not just what you want to hear Ginas you girl!

I have spent thousands of dollars on Gina and it got me absolutely no where. I am in a divorce/ custody battle for my son and this divorce has been going on for almost a year now because of her lack of knowledge and job skills. I am a single mom that receives no child support yet she expected me to pull money out of my ass. I paid the $2500 retainer and $2200 my entire tax return and continued to make 100-200 payments every month and that was still not enough. The only time I heard from Gina was to get money. My emails or phone calls were never returned and I did not find out about court dates or continuances until long after they ended. Gina decided to continue a court hearing until a day after she withdrew and I did not find out until it was too late. I wil NEVER hire Gina again and I warn everyone else to never hire her. She will take your money and you will get no where. Hire someone with knowledge and is without the thirst for money. I needed her for my child and she did nothing.

She over books, charges you for things that should of been done the first time you get multiple charges. Did not protect my interest was more interested in opposings needs. Charges paralegel fee for desk girl to leave you a message. Ask for detailed account of bill and she will make excuses and run. A horrible experience that is still biting me in the butt 2 years later. Beware!!

Staff doesn't return phone calls or emails. They will blame you for their short comings. Gina called and yelled at me for something I didn't do. They can't get something as easy as a mailing address right. She had no idea who I was on my first court date. I had never meet her before our court date and she couldn't even get my occupation right.

Collected the money, didn't prepare the court documents, a week before court dropped client, I know of three people this happened to, girlfriend, friend at work, and my mothers friend. hates to return calls, just poor service all around

All she cares about is getting your money. Once you have signed the contract and she has your retainer you may as well have hired her to know nothing about your case and to do everything she can to create more hurt and confusion about your life. She never knows anything about the facts of the case and her and her staff do not ever return calls and are very unprofessional. I learned in order to get a call back you have to leave a message telling the truth about her representation because the truth hits home. She then curses at you and as if it would hurt your case threatens to withdraw from your case. Her withdrawing from my case was the best thing that she could have ever done for me and my family including my soon to be ex.

I do not recommend this attorney for anyones family cases. My father was told that Gina Costello had many years of experience, yet she was being beaten in court by a rookie attorney. My dad has been nothing but embarrassed in court and she has not communicated with him at all about any of the information. It's more hard for my father because we reside in California and it's not easy for him to be present in court, yet maybe he would do a better job than she would at her own practice.
IF SOMEONE REFERS THIS ATTORNEY TO YOU, DO NOT TAKE THAT ROAD. SEEMS LIKE ALL SHE DOES IS TAKE YOUR MONEY AND LETS GO OF THE CASE.

Downright pathetic! Ethically & Morally she doesn't know the meaning! This is the type of lawyer that gives the rest a bad name. Does not respond to email or voice-mail questions. Then when I had enough and finally got in touch with the secretary, Gina yelled at me & cussed me out for being upset for her not responding to me and threatened me with dropping my case if "I didn't act better". I thought she worked for me?? Cussed me out, talks garbage about everyone, and advised me to take extra steps I did not need so she could get more $$$. She did not care about my needs and never kept me abreast of what was happening. 3 months without any returned phone calls from her or her para-legal and my son was on the line as well as my finances. A true nepotistic, cynical person..borderline evil!

Advised me to participate in unlawful behavior regarding family law issue. Did not consult with me regarding hearing matters. Would not take into consideration what I wanted/needed. Once I retained her... she advised me to take a different course of action other than what I retained her for. Not interested in my case when the opposing party retained an attorney she didn't like to litigate against. Swears like a sailor, and has bad morals.
