Marty Klein was hired by my former spouse to assist with our divorce agreement. Mr. Klein engaged in fraud, and failed to do his due diligence, as per the law. I filed a complaint with the LSO, and we are still dealing with the issues his lack of professionalism caused. Mistakes happen. Mr. Klein's offenses are only compounded by his refusal to correct his oversights and errors which has caused ruin to my children and I. He refuses to address his errors and engage. We will be issuing a malpractice claim against him for what clearly appears to be Fraud, Breach of contract, & obstruction of justice.

I used Marty 20 some odd yrs. back and behold this was the BEST Lawyer I could have had. Marty stayed in touch throughout my case and did his best, sorry to say the so-called judge at that time was more then bias against all males and did not matter whether you were the right parent or not that clown gave away my kids to an abusive aunt, despite having a court ordered lawyer and social worker for the kids + a shrink who all said the aunt was dangerous to kids mental well being and full custody should be given to the father, but yet the judge didn't listen to his experts and did what he did and my kids have suffered to this day because of said so-called judge.

Be fully prepared yourself with what you want to negotiate. Marty is knowledgeable but I wished that I moved it along faster with issues that were pertinent to the separation agreement.

I had an excellent experience with Marty. Marty demonstrated the following characteristics in a compassionate and balanced manner:He was neutral with facilitation as evidenced by his extensive legal/dispute resolution knowledge/experience. Marty provided information when needed and offered alternatives for solving issues. He kept the situation in control and the environment calm. Marty is also sensitive to clients'emotional state to ensure readiness to mediate. In summary Marty is skilled at sifting through the facts,emotions and individual interest of the parties involved to determine what the issue are and what a fair outcome could be for the parties. The outcome of my settlement would of never been obtained fairly in court due to the complexities of the issues.Marty had the insight to appropriately and efficiency guide the process in a collaborative amicable process.The financial cost/separation agreement definitely has been more palatable than a court ruling.

Marty and his assistant Beata went above and beyond their scope to help our family navigate a very difficult case. They showed genuine care and patience for all parties concerned, with particular focus on the needs and best interest of children involved.

Marty was helpful in explaining the normal practices of family law to both parties but he also had some creative ideas that neither party had thought of and they were able to come to an agreement on the matters. He is very professional and keeps things moving.

These positive reviews must be from his personal friends. He's a terrible lawyer who also referred me to 2 more of his abysmal lawyer friends who destroyed my case. Not an ethical person whatsoever. AVOID!

Awesome Lawyer and he is also a small claims judge. Well known in the court rooms- fair straight shooter and very effective family law lawyer!
