If u r assigned this attorney as PD in a dependency case, get rid of her immed. She was part of a conspiracy against me & my child that could not have succeeded w out Magda playing double agent & feeding me harmful legal advice. She failed to introduce important evidence & never objected to the blatant illegal actions of prosecuter & SW. She should have vehemently objected to SW reports, full of balled face lies, fabrications, negative inuendo and hearsay,instead she told me that no objections were "allowed" to any of the myriad of lies the SW stated as fact in the reports. She let every lie stand in the record as fact. After playing games with my life for over a year, the conspiracy to take my child that she guided, finally succeeded. My parental rights were terminated & my child taken. I never saw my child again. This attorney should be avoided at all cost and should ultimately be disbarred. She violated every attorney client priviledge & sold me & my child out to further her career.
