I needed a lawyer because of a severe injury that I still suffer from every day. I tried to represent myself during one hearing. It did not go well. Thankfully, I had Peter Rogers for another hearing. This was for an impairment rating that was too low and needed to be expanded. WE won. WE won. I could not have won by myself. No way. I can't think like a lawyer thinks. I am no lawyer. There is a reason lawyers go to school. Thank you Mr. Rogers!

Peter Rogers send me for rehabilitation to an organization called PRIDE. It was my error not to check into this further: he is their attorney -- he even plays tennis with Dr. Meyer. It is a disaster. Currently, I am between a rock and a hard place.

I did not get good service from his assistant Rose. She seems to be the doorkeeper. I told Rose that about a workman comp. rule and she said I didn't knew. I even called theworkman comp commission and They said I was correct and I told Rose about it. She did not listen and I got a letter from Mr. rogers office that He had fired me! Previously I had called several times to tell Mr. rogers about something relating to my case. I had talked with Rose. Amazingly When I talked afterwards with Rosemary Mr rogers previous assistant she said She did not have any message That I had left! I was billed for all those phone calls I had made! About that workman comp rule I even talked with a senior official at Workman copm commission who came specially to talk to me from austin, texas. I am not happy that he fired me for me being correct about that workman comp rule. I don't blame him I blame Rose for this.
