Very unprofessional, rude and detached. Doesn't even answer the phone stating the name and business you are reaching. I merely got a grunted "Um..hello?" out of someone that sounded very sleepily before I questioned it and found that I had found the right place. Attorney, Francesca, I was transferred to was horrible, rude. I had just stated that it was a bad first impression she might want to fix for future
