Alexander J. Pecel did a living trust for my parents who are now both in their nineties now. My mom has advanced Alzheimer's and dementia. My dad, a former firefighter, war veteran and battlefield medic trusted his and my mom's entire estate to him to handle. Luckily I reviewed their trust, did some research on him and found out he was a repeat offender of poor ethics by the California Bar Association. Be very careful. I would not feel safe using him.
