I was referred to Wallin & Klarich for my defense and David R. Cohn, who has been subsequently suspended from the California State Bar for misconduct, was my defense attorney. Huge mistake. And Mr. Klarich's firm did nothing to rectify my situation. Mr. Cohn made claims that he failed to follow through on due to his poor knowledge of Federal Procedure, for which he was reprimanded by the Judge. Mr. Cohn's personal conduct is as deplorable as his professional conduct. I expected his firm, Wallin & Klarich to rectify his mistakes, but they did not. There's absolutely NO WAY I would recommend this law firm!
