First of all when said attorney finally sat us all together to go over everything and tell us how much we would be getting etc, I had noticed that my mothers life insurance policy was not on accounting and when I asked her why it wasn't on there she said in these exact words, "uh I don't know, I don't remember, oh I think she cashed it out", now in my mind I knew that wasn't true because I had received the paperwork from my moms life insurance company and after calling them and confirming there was funds I forwarded it to her, and that was a couple years ago, so why would she not tell the truth? She knew there was money. Also the dollar amount she told us and she also put in writing that we were to receive we didn't. She refuses to answer any questions without getting paid, simple little over the phone questions and anytime I attempt to contact her she is very rude and I always get the run around.
