Apparently meeting with Brad Sullivan in his Hollister office and explaining everything about the details of your case, giving him names, dates, documentation and a timeline of events does not constitute 'hiring him' as your attorney. Even though he asked for $10,000 in cash. He claimed that I had a large guaranteed award and he would promptly return my $10,000 on top of my award. He said he had plenty of time to work on my case since he was signing off on a case involving a relative of his exwife. Little did I know that he used my advance to refund their retainer so that his firm wouldn't find out that his relatives had fired him. He led me on for months claiming that not only was he 'single' but also working on my case. When I learned that he had not done a single thing about my case, which he called "a sure thing", I asked for a return of my money. After 6 months of constant begging, he returned only $2000 to my bank account with a promise that he would return the rest 'with interes
