Takes your money and draws out the process until you accept the plea bargain. He insisted that there was no chance of being found guilty then he drew out the process for years until our son accepted a guilty plea bargain to get out of the Harris County jail where he was beaten and tortured. He allows the district attorney to scare the client just before the trial, and gets the client to accept the plea bargain. He repeatedly refused to ask for a speedy trial.
