Davis is too inexperienced professionally to effectively handle securities cases and he is too immature personally to satisfactorily represent clients. Since securities arbitrations are argued in front of an arbitration panel instead of in court before a judge or jury, when the going gets tough, Davis abandoned his client rather than sticking it out to the end of an arbitration hearing, a dishonorable & immature solution. Davis was unable to obtain suitable discovery. He was unfamiliar with agent/principle aspects of securities law. Re munibonds, he was uneducated & unprepared for the casework. Davis acts like securities cases are some sort of game. Davis doesn't disclose to his client that the securities forum is extremely biased in favor of the brokerages until he's sucked a retainer fee out of an unsuspecting client. When writing up my damage claim, he made dozens of mistakes, which could not be corrected later. Davis was sued for legal malpractice in Kings County New York. Awful!
