I was in a car wreck and suffered a broken arm and four fractures to my pelvic bone 11 months ago. I lost 80% use in my arm. Im in chronic pain. My vision went from 20-20 to 70-30. My doctor has not released me yet and this idiot attorney goes behind my back and decides to settle my case for 25,000.00. (I HAVE A DATED LETTER BETWEEN THE INSURANCE COMPANY ANS HIM) Of course I did not sign. He does not talk to me instead he calls my husband. He thinks I should be happy with 8,000.00 and he gets the rest. Honestly, I have on going medical bills. Why would I settle until I am better?
