Mr. Patel represented me on very serious charges relating to serious assault in a small town in Alberta that could have had major consequences for the rest of my life. I maintained my innocence throughout the entire case and Mr. Patel and his staff believed in me. He has a no-BS attitude and he spent a lot of time in preparing the case and he destroyed the crown's witnesses in cross examination and I was found guilty after a lengthy trial process. I hope I never have to use a criminal lawyer again but I would highly recommend him to anyone that is in need of an excellent criminal lawyer at a fair price.

I was charged with dangerous driving, and Mr. Patel successfully bailed me out of this mess. He is extremely knowledgeable, and knows how, when, and what to argue. I am a foreign national, and would have gotten myself deported out of Canada, but thanks to Mr. Patels's expertise. He is one professional who knows what he is saying and doing, and if you follow his advice, no one can touch you. (Provided you were truthful to Mr. Patel about your situation, while you were hiring him).

I was charged with Dangerous Driving and was looking at facing some Jail Time. First thing I did was google "Best Lawyer for a Dangerous Driving Charge Alberta" Guess who pops up lol! So anyways Mr. Patel advised me that I had a legitimate chance at winning this case. Mr. Patel was very friendly, and open to any questions or concerns that I had with this case. The court date came around, and he arrived early to the courthouse to make sure he was adequately prepared for the trial. We weren't even there half an hour after court was in session, and Mr. Patel had the "Dangerous Driving" Charge revoked. Curt and unprofessional. Assumes you should have full knowledge of legal system. He was great prior to receiving retainer then poor people skills and willingness to listen to his client. I am sure he is good inside the court room but not so to clients. He once wrote in an email communication - " got such and such reduced. You're welcome."

Mr. Patel made many promises and didn't deliver on one. He had excuse after excuse when it came to postponing my hearing. When we did get a chance to go in front of a judge he seemed very nervous and inexperienced and suggested I just throw myself at the mercy of the court instead of going through with our case as he had suggested. I am by no means a career criminal and I don't have it out for lawyers...just this one. I felt robbed! I spent a lot of time and money for him to do the exact thing I could have done myself. Don't waste your resources on this guy.
