My experience has been they do not communicate well and give conflicting messages when they do communicate. After our first meeting they stated given my employer admitted probable cause, they would take my case and would draw up the necessary paperwork. Almost two months later and multiple phone calls, leaving messages, they finally called back and stated they would now not be taking the case because it was not profitable for them. I guess it is all about $ for them vs. doing what is right.
