Did on May 8 of 2012 reach an agreement with Mrs Maria Otto to plead out a case for $375.00 and then submitted a plea in with the blessing of the Cicuit Court Judge for $608 and then lied to Ms Otto about doing it. Then he lied to her again about knowing any thing about where her file was. The clerk knew. Mr Stewart is alleged by Ms Otto to be negligent in his fiduciary duties and wishes to warn any others who might see this to be wary of representation by this lawyer. There are also questions regarding his participation in illegal drug activity here that is being covered up by the court system and the clerk of the court. be advised and beware of this lawyer.
