We were given a PERSONAL referral to Keith More. Not ONCE did he call back, respond to email or any messages we left with the receptionist. He had another atty do the background work, which took months. She stated that she reviewed it with him, and they were interested in taking our case, and wanted us to come in and meet them in person. They DAY before the sched'd meeting, we rcvd and email, stating " I’m sorry for the confusion. Unfortunately, Mr. More is not interested in the case at this time". The msg was NOT from Keith, or the intake atty, but from the receptionist. No personal contact, no reason, not even an excuse.. Is this what they learn in law school? I think not.... Inexcusable!
