Between getting custody and getting my child support greatly reduced, Robert Manson has over exceeded my expectations of how I thought court was going to turn out. He made sure I was prepared and told me what to expect so there were no surprises. Very upfront and handles the court room with tact. I will definitely be using him in the future again if need be.

I'm so glad I found Mr. Manson when I needed him the most. I was dealing with a custody battle and I needed an emergency temp custody. Mr. Manson met me on his day off because he knew the urgency on my matter and that I needed something done so that way Monday I would be ready to get my child back. He was very honest and helpful and reasonably priced. He helped me get what I needed. I highly recommend R. Manson!!! My child is back home with me and I couldn't be happier!!! I’m very glad that I chose Robert Manson to represent me in my custody and support modification. Robert was upfront, professional and he kept me informed through the entire process of my case. He seemed to genuinely care about me and my children. He was very easily reached and accessible when I had a question. Robert worked in a fast and efficient manner which kept the legal fees lower. I retained Mr. Manson for my divorce which lasted three years due to a typically greedy spouse who walked away with nothing. Many lawyers are experts at getting the litigants to fight, driving up cost and stress. Mr. Manson worked with opposing council to stay out of court while exposing the lies and fraud perpetrated by the petitioner. Communication is a key component in a divorce scenario. Bobs office is spot on when information dissemination is required, saving time and $$$. I have read other reviews highlighting less than desirable results. I could not disagree more. Anyone entering the divorce gauntlet has to exercise his or her due diligence and not expect to get or keep everything. Mr. Manson did however allow me to keep my pension, allow no spousal support, and manage a 65/45 split on the house with 65% awarded to me. I would not hesitate to retain Mr. Manson if litigating a second time. Good luck to all of you seeking council.

Bob was my second lawyer. Long story short, he did a great job in the court room! I liked his staff and how they had things done and complete by any court date. Over all I've recommended him to many friends. I would hire him again in a heart beat. He helped me get me kids out of a bad place living with their mother. Now their living with me, they are safe, happy and free to be a kid and grow up healthy and get to do kids things. Such as sports to sleepovers and have many friends!

We needed an attorney to assist us with a debt dispute we were having with our timeshare company. After numerous attempts to resolve this on our own and exhausting our resources, we turned to Mr. Manson who was recommended by our family. After a thorough consultation, we retained his services. Bob went right to work for us immediately. He kept us informed on every aspect of our case. This included numerous back and forth conversations regarding negotiations and settlement to resolve our debt dispute. As frustrated as we were trying to resolve this on our own, once we retained Bob, this process seemed to move along seamlessly. We cannot thank Bob enough for everything he did for us resolving this matter so quickly. We can now put this nightmare behind us and move on with our lives. very poor advocate, I almost had to question who he was representing as he did nothing to secure my rights or any assets. His mantra was "just pay it". He offered no evidence supporting my behalf.(this added a lot of money in his pocket)and kept my children in an abusive home. He rarely called except for more money. All issues were left in reserve in the decree of divorce. I had to go back to court over a dozen times pro-se as matters were not handled. All assets were just allowed to be pissed away. Afraid to challenge the opposing counsel and allowed the court to just roll right over me..Beware of his billing practices, they are shady and very questionable.

I've had a few lawyers, bob is at the top in my book. he's very professional, gets back to you in a timely manner. He knows his way around a court room. I have sent friends to him and they have been very happy with the results of Bob's services. He won't waste your time or money. He help me get my kids out of a not so good environment, now my kids are safe and happy. I know ever case is different, but Mr.Manson in my eyes is one of the best. He is very ethical, great in court, I could go on, but you get the gest of it. I am very happy to be a client of his, I have nothing but positive results with him and his staff. My case was a divorce case, one of the worst bar none. Mr.Mason got me through it. He's always thinking ahead to be prepared for the event going on with in my case. All i can say is meet him and you be the judge, I think you will be very satisfied with his work.

This Lawyer is not professional and does not complete his work stay away, I have spent hours in his office with nothing accomplished, he does not present you well or completes your paper work need for court or trials again stay away
