This is the most unethical attorney that I have ever encountered. He lacks integrity, credibility and honesty. Do a search for CNBC Cold Stone, and watch the episode. You will see that while Zarco holds out as the attorney for the franchisee association, it is clear who he is working for. He has accepted money from the franchisor, and now that he is on their payroll, he turns on his own client. Stay away from him, he is bad news!
