Avoid, Avoid, Avoid! I have been involved in various civil actions and accident cases. I don't think I've ever seen a more unprepared lawyer. She was just totally weak and was bullied around and out manoeuvred by the other lawyer at ever turn and on every level. This review reflects most of the other negative reviews/comments. Especially that she talks over you, doesn't get your position, and has a total lack of focus.

Im still in total disbelief I paid her. She was totally outclassed by the opposing legal aid lawyer. She didn't return phone calls. Dealing with her was more stressful than dealing with my ex spouse. She never took the time to listen to what my goals were, instead she would just talk over me mid sentence. I walked away after spending thousands with nothing to show for it. I now am looking for a new lawyer to pick up where she left off. I truly feel she is totally incompetent and does not have the skills needed to produce results. I just wish she told me how little she cared about my case before billing me. I hope the damage she has caused can be fixed by another lawyer. Like the comment above, I would have been better off representing myself.

very expensive and tells you everything you want and need to hear. She told me wife would never get any of what she asked for and in the end she got everything she asked for. This lawyer does not deliver and I don't think knows the law well or doesn't represent it well. I should have settled early on instead of risking so much but in the end I got a divorce.

Margaret Odishaw is an excellent lawyer. I found her to be a professional with expert knowledge, who strongly supported me through two legal cases. I found her personable manner during the proceedings made me feel very reassured. She absolutely restored my faith in lawyers who put their clients first. She gave generously of her time and the bill was totally reasonable.

i would have done a lot better to represent myself. not only did i lose a case i should have won, but i had to pay her on top of it.

Avoid at all costs.She does not initiate any communication,does not listen to you concerns and treats then with apathy and indifference.Gives more reasons not to support you than actually support you and just wants your money.Makes you feel guilty about your situation.She also violated my trust with her behind my back.
