This guy has no clue what jurisdiction even means... The very idea of how corrupt this guy is just so he can rake in contributions to his pension by coercing unlawful charges is disgusting. If you ask him: "is the tribunal process governed by civil or criminal rules of procedure?" He will turn in to a non-responsive sociopath and refuse to answer the most simplest of 6th amendment questions. He is the epitome of a kangaroo court, what a joke he makes of himself. Unfortunately this is the type of people the Bar association has to employ to keep their corrupt regime going, the smartest idiot with poor social skills... bummer.
