Auntie Marilyn (that's what I call her) is an outstanding attorney! I have multiple cases against my employer. She has been a rock and protector. I am so blessed to have her as my attorney! She has given, and i have heeded, good advice. She saw how I was being treated and she has been my earthly shelter. She is making the my employer do what they are supposed to do. I am so grateful for her and her wisdom.

Marilyn took on my case in 2013 for a cumulative injury. I was getting the run around from the insurance company (of course) and it was becoming more and more frustrating. My long term employer in the medical field (25+ years) wasn't willing to allow me a few simple work modifications to allow me to continue work. My condition worsened as I continued to work after decades of glowing performance reviews. Marilyn stepped in, saw that I got the treatment I needed, the protective devices that allowed me to alleviate some of the pain, and the surgery that allowed me to take of my activities of daily living once the work finally became too much. I wound up with a very reasonable settlement, 10 x's what they originally offered then retracted because they decided it wasn't work related. Now she has been helping me with my SIF, Supplemental Injury Fund, case for the past couple of years. She is very knowledgable in the fields of Workers Comp and SIF. Email is the way to go with her.

it's obvious she is knowledgeable, but she tells you (at least me) something different each time. When you point it out she deny it or get upset. Maybe good for a short term case, but not long term in my opinion
