Mark Hill is an awesome lawyer! He took on our case and handled it with such professionalism. He was very knowledgeable and walked us through every aspect of the case to ensure we understood what was going on. We are very happy that he represented us. Mark Hill is a blessing to our family.

We called Mark Hill about seeking a divorce attorney. I told him the name of the o.c and made an appointment. During that 1 hour appointment (to my surprise) he had me served by the o.c attorney to (save them the trouble of serving me).. Charged the retaining fee of $3500.00. The next day I learned that Mark reminded the o.c to have the Child custody Affidavit completed which really hurt my chances of maintaining custody. Makes you wonder if he was working for my ex spouse. I fired him by email and phone call 10 days after our first meeting. He says he intends to keep the full $3500.00. I will file a complaint with the Georgia State Bar. Do yourself a favor, don't get involved with this man. Run!!

Words can not express the job that Mark Hill did !! As a father I did not get to see my daughter be born. I did not lay eyes on her until she was 17 months old after the court hearing that Mark won for me !! It was a tough journey but Mark was there the whole way. Made me cont. to believe and trust him and wow he did not disappoint! Thank you Mark ....If you are a Father and you think you don't have a chance you are wrong Call Mark !!!

What a GREAT Lawyer. I had a felony charge against me, Mr. Mark Hill represented me & did a remarkable job. If I ever(which I hope not)need a lawyer, I will get Mr. Mark Hill. Can't say enough GOOD about him. Very easy to talk to and GETS the JOB DONE. I was very pleased with all Mark Hill had to do and I would recommend him to anyone that needs a good lawyer. He is straight forward with you, he lets you know what he expects will become of your case and he is right on, if not better than you expected. He is well respected among other lawyers. Mr. Hill will call you himself and explain everything so you can understand what he is doing for your case. In return you have to be honest and show up for appointments and court dates. Best lawyer I have ever had. He really cares about you as an individual and wants the best for you. Mr. Hill did alright by me. He represented me in 2015. Thanks so much for a Great Job. Jeff

Attorney Mark Hill was hired by my daughter and son-in-law to represent their son....Mark Hill did not show up at court, he did nothing at all to at least try to help this young man -- he finally sent an associate after a couple of hours of waiting on him to sign a deal that was exactly what the parties had been offered prior to hiring him. I rarely write reviews but this is outrageous for an attorney to get away with doing nothing and charge hard working people so much of their hard earned money.

I got caught in a road block with a drink in my hand. Thanks to Mr. Hill's expertise I walked away with reckless driving instead of dui. I'm very pleased and will reccomend Mark Hill and Assoc. to anyone.

My experience with Mark Hill was great. I say this because I felt that we bonded as human beings first and foremost. Mark made my issue his own and that too was comforting. I felt that he was honest and dedicated the entire time. I will definitely hire his services in the future if need be.

Mark was referred to me by the Gwinnett Partners Against Domestic Violence while I was struggling with being a foreigner and dealing with a very abusive situation. He has been an excellent advocate for my child and I, earning high praises from the Child Psychologist involved as well as from my friends and family. His advice has been compassionate and sound, and his performance in Court showed his expertise in getting to the truth despite the other party's best efforts to deceive the Court,and therefore extremely effective. Believe the bad ratings. The good ratings are probably planted by himself or his staff, except maybe the traffic court rating. He's probably qualified enough for traffic court. But if you have a case that is in one of the other courts, keep shopping. This guy isn't your guy, unless you don't mind losing your case.

He is very detailed and I believe truly concerned with your case. At the very least schedule an appointment, consult with him and if you hire him expect results. He filed a case in the wrong court, causing a simple child support case to take well over a year. He never returns phone calls, doesn't get court dates set, and always has an excuse. It seems he may have a bit too much on his plate so he doesn't have time for his clients. His actions and lack of education in regards to court cases and rules regarding where they have to be filed have caused the delay in the case, and yet he has been billing me for the time his mistakes have cost. I would not recommend him.
