nancy brum is an acting judge and an attorney, as an acting judge she resided over a very serious case involving me, she did this while i was in a custody battle with the ex who was her client, the charge was very serious and when i went up in front of her she stated " i know you think this is a conflict of interest but i am not recusing myself from this case" at that point my attorney said this was not legal but to ignore it and move on to federal court and hope for the best, her ethics as a judge a very questionable, as a lawyer, i would say they are not much different, i believe she is a woman who became power hungry. even her partner tom atkinson recused himself in the past for a simple fine hearing. that is ethics, i would not hire her for anything
