in a criminal case "I had to tell my attorney that they could not charge me with several charges" because he had no knowledge of the case or of the law apparently, and he spent more time flirting with me and talking during the court process, which only angered the judge. on another case in juvenile when custody was recommended in my favor for our children, he was not prepared for that case either and custody was lost. in later years he handled a simple car wreck for my daughter, which I hired him for and he spent all his time talking to my ex, acting as if i did not exhist or have a say in what was going on, did not persue the best interest of the child because he spent too much "guy time" with my ex, the child had to plead guilty on his advice even though the judge himself said, he didnt feel she was guilty nor did he feel the officer had enough experience to judge the accident
