i filed a contempt/custody against my ex for not seeing the children in accordance with the court orders and then hired mr baumgartel, i was told if i didnt drop the contempt that i would be put in jail, this was my attorney telling me this, even though there was no contempt on me, no possibility of me going to jail, the threat was still "my attorney's statement " When i refused he told me i did not have to show up for a hearing, that he would go, he never showed up, and my custody hearing was dropped due to my not showing up and going through with the custody complaint, my action and my visitations with my children were put off for over 8 months due to his inablity to properly represent me and not my ex, also, he was involved in back room deals with my ex husbands attorney
