I feel so incredibly fortunate to have found Mary C. Rupp. She is knowledgeable and experienced and helped with with a contentious and vert stressful case, quoting a variety of legal precedents in our brief where our case was not so black and white. The judge took her brief and directly quoted a lot of those legal precedents in our court order, granting us permission to move. Her experience, assertiveness when appropriate, and kindness helped both achieve an outcome where my daughter and I have a much more stable living situation and she also helped support me in an incredibly stressful time. I am forever grateful for her professionalism and help.

NO COMMUNICATION NO CONFIDENCE NO ETHICS NO PRINCIPLES Its so frustrating working with her, I felt like I had to pay for the time to remind her where we were in my case. She would make small talk and chat but charge you for the time. She would consult opposing counsel and charge you for this time. She never returns emails... NEVER!! She nickels and dimes you for everything. Worst of all... she allowed my case to drag on without letting me know. She didn't communicate to me what was happening in my case and to find out, opposing counsel had made motions in court and now my case is going trial. I found all this out when I notified her that I going to find someone else. When I asked her when she was planning on telling me of all the stuff that was building up... do you know what she told me?? Nothing!! No surprise, because she's the worst lawyer. Learn from my mistake and keep looking.
