I retained this lawyer on an immigration issue; he said he needed $2000 up front to attend my hearing at the last minute but he said "no Pressure" he shows up at the 20 min hearing and was incompetent, he said he would meet at the jail and bring a contract; he never showed up and didn't answer any calls or emails. I had to drop by in person to catch him. When I fired him I gave him 10 days to supply me with itemized billing of his workable hours and to mail the unused money. He sent a letter back saying he didn't have to. He is the attorney From hell with numerous complaints, the supreme court in AK even suspended his licence for 3 yrs, 2 yrs stayed. Don't trust your life with him!

Gives poor advice to clients, allows them to violate restraining orders. This is one lawyer i think every alaskan going through a divorce should have on the other side of the table. Hope she doesnt get away with her antics because she could actually claim poor representation by her lawyer!

I hired him in a simple Divorce Case. He charged me $3000.00 up front and told me this would cover it. No contract ever provided to me as promised. The divorce was straight forward,nothing but the paper work.No children, property or anything else. He never attempted to serve the paper work in Three Months time. I called him after this time to now drop the case and he would not return phone calls for weeks at a time or at all. When I did reach him he stated it was done only to go to the court and find it was not. His wife assist him and is clueless as to what he either has done or needs to do then insults you do to her lack of knowledge in these matters.To top it off, after spending just $150,00 to file the Divorce Fee 4 months ago and having fired him, he now states that he deserves to keep the $3000.00 he has charged me stating he has earned it. The man advertises in GCI Book only on just about every page like he is some Hot Shot Attorney and works out of a closet and never there.
