Scott took a case involving fraud and then engaged in all of the misconduct and intimidation the other review gratuitously mentions that he does NOT engage in. Why would he mention this if it were not a problem. This guy has taken very valuable property from clients, sold clients "down the river" in commerical litigation and is not to be trusted. I had ample proof of serious financial fraud, all deed records, etc. Yet when Scott scheduled a meeting with opposing counsel, he set me up to have both he and the attorney for the defendants attempt to intimidate me into settling only a couple of days before trial. I don't understand why an attorney who did not have faith in his client's case would take fees and pretend to pursue that client's interests.

Very honest and does not over-charge. He gets the job done and stays on friendly terms with his clients. Returns all calls promptly. Does not intimidate, threaten or harrass his clients. Pleasure to work with.
