1. Limits communication to one person. Working pro bono for my son and doesn't seem to know what it is going on and always has an excuse of why when you do manage to get him to answer. Just had a reply from an email and in all caps; my guess is he doesn't like to be asked hard questions. 2. Son moved to different prisons and he has excuse why he didn't know even after he was informed by family. 3. Avoids questions with questions or has a lame excuse I would think a lawyer could handle upset family members who just want to know something about what is going on after a few months. 4. Family paid for his private investigator and Jeff said opposite of what we have heard; not sure the guy even did his job! I just pray my sons court appointed lawyer can get it together and give my son a chance as right now he hasn't shown me that he really cares about his client. Advise: Jeff probably not the best choice or his private investigator either if you expect top notch help.
