I orginally hired another attorney to file my case but the case got dismissed without my knowledege. It turns out the attorney never completed the schedules and therefor the creditors started garnishing me again. Charles took my case and I received my discharge. Thank you Charles!

He has the knowledge to miss lead you in to paying for a chapter 13 that a chapter 7 would not let us keep our home a $3000 gain for him and 2 years of torture for us. They said a(7) we would have to give up our house, This could have been over in 90 days. And in 45 days if I had the court fees in hand and we are still in our house, three years later. He was rude in court embarrassed us in front of everyone there, my husband was slow to answer in english, we were not advised we could have a translater because he was in a hurry to get to another court appearance. He left us alone and we didn't know what to do. Other reps stayed with there clients. In the end they said we could transfer to a 7. By then so frustrated with no consideration for returning any portion of our money, we went to someone else sacrificing another $1500 for a $200 job, she wasn't a lawyer, also missrepresented herself she couldn't be in the court room with us guess to protect herself. I pray God help 4 others!

I had several legal issues that covered many different areas of the law. All of which stemmed from my divorce from my ex-husband. While I was awarded the house in my divorce my ex-husband would not sign the deed to put the house solely in my name. In addition, my ex failed to keep the agreement to pay our credit card bill even though I gave him most of our valuable personal property. I was in a bad legal situation and could not get out!!! But, Mr. Leftwich was able to get my ex-husband to sign the property deed and even filed paperwork to get my house out of my ex-husband's bankruptcy. This allowed me to sell my house for $25,000.00 profit. I am grateful to Mr. Leftwich and I would recommend him to my friends and family. He was very kind and understanding during a time of great need.

I hired this law firm to file Chap 13. At my 341 meeting he was wearing an old dirty shirt and looked like a sleazy car sales man. I was working w/another gal before this meeting, this was my 1st meeting w/Mr. Leftwich and should have been my last. He was rude and loud and didn't look me in my eyes at all. I was embarrased for having to file a BK and embarraded he was my hired attorney. The Trustee clearly disliked him and that made me even more uncomfortable. They never returned calls unless I demanded a call by the end of the day for info on my case. I finally had to stop paying on my case so I could get the Trustee/Judge to dismiss my case I could not go through 3-5 years of this insanity!!! DON'T HIRE HIM!!!

Hired Mr Leftwich to do my bankruptcy. Communication was poor and the first time I spoke to him he had the nerve to yell at me because I said I had a trust issue with him. Four staff members left during the time they were working on my file. DON'T HIRE THIS MAN!!!!

This is my first experience with a lawyer and hopefully my last. I hired his law firm to work on the short sale of my home. It has now been 6 months and no word yet. My experience with the law firm has included lost paperwork that included my social security number, name, address, salary, etc. The lack of communication is ridiculous, answering machines that are too full to take a message, the lack of responses to emails sent; these are just a few examples of what the communication is like with this lawyer and his law firm. I currently have 6 friends that are beginning the process of short sale and I did not recommend Leftwich Law. Though Charles Leftwich may not know everything that happens in his law firm, he is unltimately responsible for those that he has employeed under him. They represent his law firm, and unfortunately for him, they do a very poor job of it.

We contacted this individual for assistance with a bankruptcy and he appeared to be inexperienced and brash. He lated sent an email stating that he doesn't ..."help lame people who file bankruptcy..". It sounds like his attitude was a gift of truth. I didn't realize that filing bankruptcy makes you lame.
